Beware!! After several deposits I finally won something and they closed my account stole my withdrawals and my existing balance. Claimed I "barely met the rollover requirement". Which is tantamount to theft. I should have done my homework.. they aren't licensed.. no wonder.

UGH man, before Monday morning- when my account was randomly suddenly deleted and my pending $100 withdrawal as well as my $1500 account balance was "confiscated" due to bonus abuse and that they would not be reinstating my account. My account username is lgmoore6 and last week on 03/23/2022 I signed up to jackspay.com with a free no deposit spins bonus. Long story short I won like $13 usd on free spins that equaled a wagering requirement of $799 that i had to complete before being able to cash out the max winnings of $100. Lo and behold i hit a streak and not only completed my WR of $799, i got caught up in playing and ended up wagering $480 USD more before deciding to cash out. That means my total wager amount was $1,380 USD, more than 1.5x more than what Jackspay.com required in their terms. At that point I knew there was literally no point to keep spinning when i could only cash out $100, and wanted to play with real money. I messaged support about what i needed to withdraw my $100 winnings., and coincidentally was told that I needed to have a real money deposit of $20+ in my account before requesting a cashout. I immediately made a bitcoin deposit for $25.50, requested my withdrawal of $100 and left my $25 deposit in my account to see if i was still on a hot streak- and turned my $25 into just under $1,500 USD- with no bonus funds it was all 100% my winning ready and able to be withdrawn as soon as the $100 processed. Sunday night I was told by support agent the 48 hour hold would be over the following morning (03/28/2022) and i said thanks and logged off for the night. Monday however i went to log into my account to find out Jackspay had deleted my account and took my balance of $1500 like a thief in the night. No upfront notice, no warnings, no email afterwards explaining themselves and no opportunity to explain myself. Fellow gamblers beware, jackspay.com casino seemingly has no problem mistreating their paying customers and taking their hard earned money. Give it a hard pass.

They will offer you "amazing" bonuses pretending to be to your benefit only to use it against you later on if you actually manage to come out of wagering requirements with anything left to cash out! They only offer bonuses to use their shady and deceptive T and Q's as the fool proof excuse to suspend your account once you have requested a payout. But they dont just suspend your account for a few days, confiscate your bonus winnings and let you come back. No they dont care about the bonus winning crumbs, they do all that just to cover up the fact thatif you have a balance in your account- Even from strictly your money no bonus or Ts and Qs attached to i- They will tell you that they are refunding it, but will delete your account permanently and STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! i repeat do not DO NOT even step foot (figuratively) in this casino, the flipping scumbags arent even licensed!

I have deposited at jackspay 10 to 20 times. Never won anything. Then they emailed me free spins. I won I had 5000 dollars in my account and they said I could cash out 100.00 I played through something like 12000.00 I thought it was fun at first I got to play games I wouldn't normally tried. I thought it was great. Then I had 600 on play from a bonus where I fulfilled all my wagering requirements. They took all of it and left me with a hundred and closed my account. I won't play there ever again not that I can.
