recently signed up at wolf.io via an affiliate link. I was please to find that it is a sister casino to wild.io, a site I play at daily and am very familiar with. Wolf.io is a mirror image of wild and has the same promotions down to the rookie tournaments. I have had good luck so far and was able to withdraw a few times in the first few days of playing. The game variety is great, both deposits and withdrawals were quick and easy. I was really enjoying myself. About 24 hours into my account at wolf.io I noticed that despite having promo codes applied with my deposits the bonuses were not crediting my account. For example, I made deposits using the bronze and silver wheel promo codes. When I applied the codes I received a min deposit requirement that stated 0.00, limited time offer, the same happened when I applied the silver promo code on a subsequent deposit. When I went to spin the wheel bonuses I noticed neither wheel spin applied. I went to the chat and asked about the missing bonuses and was told that the bronze wheel would be applied however I didnt meet the deposit requirement for the silver wheel. This was puzzling because the min deposit was 0.00 eth. I supplied them with a screenshot and was told the "relevant team" would follow up with me via email. Great. That means ill hear back on this issue never. I WENT TO spin the bronze wheel and to my surprise won a $50 bonus. Now this is where things really went downhill. As I landed on the $50 bonus, a notification flashed across the top of my screen saying I won 10 free spins. Wtf?? I reported the discrepancy to the chat and once again was told the relevant team would be notified. They are unable to give me any kind of timeline and tell me to be patient. Wonderful.I followed up on the silver wheel issue and was sent an exerpt from the t&s stating if a player notices an error on the website they are to report it and not use it for their own gain (more or less thats the gist) I was told I was violating that rule. UMMM. Ive been here a day. The notification reads limited offer, 0.000 minimum deposit requirement so I my first thought is that its a promo they are having. I didnt think the site would be faulty right from the start. But the WORST was yet to come. I placed 2nd in their rookie tournament yesterday. I won $300 and an unknown amount of freespins. Both of which, according to the terms on the site should have immediately credited my account. And guess what, they didnt. Guess what else. Despite confirming that I won chat support has passed along my ticket to the relevant team for further review instead of just manually adding in the money I won. I guess Ill just sit and wait for my money to be applied. Its a major red flag for a site to incorrectly apply funds or bonuses in my eyes. Its a bigger red flag when the site unnecessarily points to their terms of service when its in their favor but does not follow the same when there are problems for players. There has to be a trust between casino and player and when there is an issue if the site is worth trusting they will make every effort to immediately correct the problem. Not tell their players who are owed hundreds of dollar to relax and be patient maybe forever until this elusive relevant team fixes the issue. Im disappointed that my missing $350 is not at all a priority for them.
