They just closed the game I was playing free spins on in the middle of playing them, right after I hit the bonus. They said my account didn't meet security measures, although it let me sign up, they sent a welcome email, let me claim the bonus. I did not use any bonuses, I played games with my own money, I won $400, I wanted to withdraw my winnings, they told me that my ID was not up to date, I sent dozens of documents, I even have dual citizenship, I even sent my passport from the other country I am a citizen of, they closed my account for no reason.

Twice now, no payout!! Every time I withdraw they forfeit it and give me back my deposit. I've read and played by the rules and made several deposits. I'm furious because I spend hours playing and they don't have enough courtesy or respect to honor paying customers and rightfully payout.

Slotastic are not the site they used to be. I have seen my win rate drop to almost 0 in the last 2 months, and the casino have questioned 2 legitimate wins that took a lot of time and effort to claim. There is not enough going on at this casino to justify this hassle.

As u can see from the promo in their lobby (see below link) there is no mention of a min deposit. In total I deposited $50 usd on the same day then went to claim the $25 chip but was refused.  Why? - none of my payments were $25 usd . The $50 usd I had paid was ignored. Then they messaged me saying  'depositors  get your Free Friday Spins!!!!' So logged in to get them and another BIG FAT NO.
